1. Data controller

The data controller is the Regional Volunteer Centre in Kielce, ul. Zeromskiego 36, 25-370 Kielce, Poland - project leader of ODYSSEY (Erasmus+ KA210-ADU-7C3DA90D).

2. Scope of collected data

odyssey-project.eu is a static information website. We do not automatically collect personal data through tracking cookies, analytics tools or mandatory contact forms.

Fonts and visual assets are loaded locally, which means data is not sent to external font providers.

3. Workshop participant data

If registration is opened for workshops, we collect only the data needed to organise the event: name, contact details and relevant accessibility needs. The legal basis is the participant's consent.

4. Rights of data subjects

Every person whose data is processed has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer data and object. For questions related to personal data, please contact the project leader through wolontariat.kielce.pl.
